I’m editing a 2D animation (with animated stills) that is all dialogue lip sync. I have a mixed audio file and a video sequence of mouth shapes synced to the audio at 15 fps. I can change the video’s duration but this doesn’t always match the audio after it is converted. Also i’m trying to count exact frame lenthgs for each clip of dialogue within the mixed file. I’m now using to After Effects.
