Custom timebase in Premeire Pro 2?
Hello, Can anyone tell me if Premiere Pro 2 allows you to create a project with a custom timebase other than the 8 preset timebase? I’m almost certain previous versions allowed you to create more custom projects. I need to create a project that runs at 15 fps and would like to use Premiere Pro 2 if possible. Thanks for any help.

Why do you need 15fps? If you just need to export that way, it does not mean you need to edit that way. Unless you are using animated stills, I can’t see a reason to edit at 15fps.
And no, you can’t make a custom fps.

I’m editing a 2D animation (with animated stills) that is all dialogue lip sync. I have a mixed audio file and a video sequence of mouth shapes synced to the audio at 15 fps. I can change the video’s duration but this doesn’t always match the audio after it is converted. Also i’m trying to count exact frame lenthgs for each clip of dialogue within the mixed file. I’m now using to After Effects.
