    On the Blackmagic-Design Website, where you download the Codecs is written: ‘Download these high performance 8 & 10 bit universal software codecs for systems without DeckLink cards.’. One could think they are already universal binary. I whish you could write ‘not for Intel Macs’ or so.

    Your answer is a bit confusing.
    What is universal binary? The Mac drivers? Or the Apple 4:2:2 Uncompressed codec? Or both?

    My target is to convert my archive of Blackmagic encoded QuickTime movies to QuickTime movies for the web in the H264 Codec.
