Hi, can you explain the way you made the rectangles stick to one another on the up swing? I’ve been staring at it for days and can’t seem to see what parameters are in play.

Tried hard to figure out the animation and was not very successful…
Also tried to figure out linking but didn’t find any good resources.

I think I need a bit of guidance in order to recreate the same effect.

    Hey Deyson,
Your design is absolutely wonderful! I am trying to learn the ropes of motion at the moment so it’s not something I want to purchase ready to use. I am going to keep an eye on the podcasts though 🙂

That’s amazing! I’ll be sure to dissect it and figure out how it’s done
. is it that easy to do that you just kicked out a version like that?

ok so applied the spring and the attractor object as specified (thanks! I learned something new 🙂 but did not get the desired effect. went through all the relevant behaviors i could think of but did not get closer to finding a solution to what i’m after. tried to use the throw and Stop Behavior but that also wasn’t that exactly, even though it was a bit closer

I’ll try being more specific – I have some rectangular shapes that need to reveal from under a logo. in the end they need to line up one on top of the other, evenly spaced and motionless. what i’m looking for is a way to sort of “unfurl” the rectangles so that they dangle down as if on an invisible rope. think like a rope ladder. so there should be some springyness to the motion and some pendulum-type action. but gravity should prevail at the end and the objects should be motionless when hanging there.
