okie well it worked ,thanks,
but i want it more smooth..it just switches between the two backgrounds,i can easy in with keyframe assistance but i dunno how good that will do,is there any effect that do a nice cross between the two backgrounds while objects are running on the layers..?

hey,well you must verify that you installed it in the right directory of after effects,which is x:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files
anyway wherever you installed it…inside support files there’s a dir called plug-ins..install it there and you will see it in the effect menu.
