new user …
after a forced shut dwn 2 issues occurred in my time line
1) the audio and video channel indicator icons disappeared….vanished …occassional the video returns ????
2) the work area render bar has vanished as well

###unable to contact adobe technical….very disappointed with that….any suggestions
