Thank you for answering.
I think I already solved the problem, at least I have a nice working DVD.
The sollution I used is not just set the menu as first play, but in the disc menu I actualy linked to the first button of this menu!

Suddenly it worked out right, but if it happens next time again the wrong way out, I will use your suggestion.
