Meant to say the h264 mp4 would not play on windows but the avc coding would

True. I understand that. I was wondering when I hit command I the finder tells me the new one is in the AVC Coding format 848×480 3.1MB

BUT THE COMPRESSION I GAVE HIM WAS H264 format 848X480 4.1 MB
