Yep, that was it; the render output in AE needs to be 23.976, NOT 23.98. Funny, it only showed the stutter after I put the effects on the clip. Anyway, thanks!

Update though: I read up on what’s happening/why 1888×1062 exists, so at least I have an idea.

Now the ‘skipping frames’ I mentioned, it’s not actually skipping, but resizing, more like a quick 102% zoom for a few frames, then back again.

I guess that’s the WIP factor of quicktime 10?

Grow Bounds effect works very well Kevin, as I can freely manipulate the Cylinder width, without having to undo it.
