Sorry…this is only a mediocre work around. The problem repeats when I export a new timeline from FinalCutProHD 5.0.4 to Compressor 2.0.1. This is getting old fast.

I was having the exact same problem and came across this thread https://www.instantboard.com/users/telly/viewtopic.php?t=642&highlight=compressor

I just tossed the .plist for Compressor in the trash, restarted my computer and it worked. Have you tried this yet?
