All we did was change the play back of the video we used. We had filmed a bunch of kids walking by and waving for the closing of our movie. We wanted to stretch it out to have credits roll. We just chnaged the playback rate. Worked well. If I was at home on my PC I could give you all the details.

I used to have a pinnacle product which is why I think it is missing. Think I can reinstall Vegas without uninstalling it to line up the codecs again?

update: FOUND IT!

only after NOT choosing HD input do I get the capture screen.
I don’t think we were talking the same format. I am trying
to do HDV not DV and thus didn’t get the screen:

That option doesn’t seem to exisit in v 9.0 though the instructions also mention it. Where else might it be?
