The render comp in the BG feature is cool, but not near the speed of Nucleo, and Nucleo was intelligent enough to start working at full speed at any moment you stopped doing something. Also was very fast to send the comps to the BG copies of AE, with multiprocessing ON in AE comps takes sometimes long time to be sent to the other instances of AE, also we still see ram caches to vanish after hitting stop on the ram playback even after not changing anything.. I was hopping Adobe buy this technology from them and integrate it on AE, we had a very sad time when figured it was discontinued.
