it was the same spots. I fixed it though. I just exported as DV instead. Then used that DV and exported it to Quicktime….. Seemed to work. But I think maybe deleting render files may have too.

you can always leave some black space around them on the left and right, and just scale them to fit the top and bottom of frame.
