Random audio cutting out completely in Exported QUICKTIME
Posted by Victor on May 26, 2005 at 5:06 amSometimes it’s all the layers, sometimes it’s several, and only one stays. Only about 3-4 times in a 4:11 sequence. Everything is fine in my timeline. It’s ONLY when I export to quicktime????? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried exporting as follows:
1. Select sequence in the Browser
2. Go to File > Export > Export to AIFFs -

May 26, 2005 at 6:24 amTry an audio mixdown before you export your audio. It’s under the sequence menu > render > mixdown

First rule: Don’t panic. Relax. Take a deep breath. 😉
Some further questions:
1. Does the error occur when you playback on the timeline?
2. Is the error predictable or random

May 26, 2005 at 7:28 amit was the same spots. I fixed it though. I just exported as DV instead. Then used that DV and exported it to Quicktime….. Seemed to work. But I think maybe deleting render files may have too.
thanks for your help guys!
