Hi Jon,

A thousand apologies for not realizing immediately what you had done. Somehow I missed the fact that you had actually corrected the project and only noticed today as I sat to work on the fresh start. In my foolishness I thought you had written it off. You have saved me days of tedious labor and the frustration of trying to remember how I did what the first time.

This Digital Rebellion tool works miracles! Is there no way it can be used in Windows?

Thank you very much for all your efforts, Jon. I’ve started the project all over again (luckily I wasn’t very far into it) but I hope it doesn’t happen again because then it might be nearer the end… brrr.

I downloaded Pro Maintenance Tools but it only works on Mac. I am in Windows 7.

Thank you, Petros, for your prompt reply.
I did try to open all available (5) auto-saves but they all exhibited the same problem. I have no problem with other projects. I can open old ones, current ones, new ones with the same settings. It is only this particular project with all its auto-saves that won;t open.

I also tried creating a new project and importing the problematic one… same thing. I tried using XML Wrench on the advise of a member of an Adobe forum. It didn’t detect any problems.

I believe, from the limited information the error window afforded, that a keyframe has gone astray, but I can’t pinpoint it or indeed get to it at all in order to eliminate it.

Please don’t give up on me.
