I am sorry, I was not clear on my question. I was asking Fuddam. Which one of those softwares that he recommended is the best with use of vegas and best overall.

  • NICE. Just what vegas needed Graffiti…I hoped they would have more video fx presets.

I already own Vegas and Avid system. To me, Avid looks better when i burn it into a dvd, but I was wandering what you guys thought. Is it just my eyes or what?

I am still wondering about generation loss of copying video from one hard drive to another. Does it happen?

What about doing mutiple effects on different softwares?

So when you are video taping, the laptop has to be hooked up to your laptop the whole time and you have an external hard drive? That would put a lot of limititions on camera movement. What kind of video work do you do? Because right now I am doing mainly weddings (plan to do a lot more in the future:)) and it would be a logistical nightmare to have my camera hooked up with my laptop? Maybe I don’t understand the concept, can you tell me how you guys use it and what kind of shoots you use it for?

Do you ever use the cards that adjust your color and focus? How hand are those? I downloaded the demo but I don’t have the cards? What is the most valuable feature?

Damn. I would have thought there would be some better technology than that. I mean isn’t there something that plays both NTSC and PAL and also has a built in converter that can transfer to a digital computer? Any other options?
