See if there’s a spot in the first where the same figure is played and do a copy/paste repair.

Could be a sample rate mismatch. Do you know at what sample rate it was recorded and the sample rate on the playback system in which you’re encountering this error?

An interesting section of audio. I don’t have a clue how that happened, but if selecting a different sample rate doesn’t provide the right results. you might try to open a COPY OF A Track (not the original) as a RAW Track in audacity and fiddle with the track number and sample rate settings.

Is there a way to playback the audio on the original system on which it was recorded? If so, try that.

Ryan,

The technology has been used in film and TV for some time.

Obviously, how not to make noise an issue has been solved.

The video does suggest that audio is double recorded so an audio cable is not required to be connected to the camera, while “the good audio” is recorded on a separate mixer/recorder.
