    As I recall if you look back through the Commotion forum,
    the patch worked fine up to Jaquar, and then started showing glitches. Never been updated for later os.

    Hmmm, how about – go to effects drop down menu, then stylize, then framer and play with the adjustments to crop the top and bottom?

    I think that clock is an indicator your program is processing the task. My older g4 laptop did the same thing.

    Hmmm, you might wanna try going to Commotion preferences and reset your import/export settings to dv/dvcpro 16:9.
