Hi! Thanks for getting back to me. I was intending on using AE standard effects. I don’t have the gear for color and I know that here on the Cow, you guys get deep, but I am just looking to even out the color tones. Before I have adjusted all the color of the stills on Photoshop, but this will be my first time trying to match hues/tones of pnds to video. So I guess my question is, should I continue to make all the color corrections for the stills in Photoshop, and then when I import them as sequences, use them as the basis for what I want to make the videos look like?
What are your feelings on this?
    Thanks!

thanks for getting back to me. It was all captured from the same camera. I am assuming all the specs are the same but will check.
    Thanks,

Ok, Zane, sorry I wasn’t channeling telepathically to you exactly what I meant. Here it is:
I shot the band 6 times over the music. I wanted to know, as far as work flow, is it possible to lay down one shoot, for example, with the audio and video and then carve away less desirable images on the timeline so that the ones I want are in sync with the music?
How do you edit on the timeline so that the instruments/singer match up?
That’s what I meant by workflow.
Now you know I expect a very user friendly enlightening answer!

Thanks for getting back to me. I’m not resolved to using the wrong tools, I am pretty new at this so if you have any advice as far as After Effects is concerned, it would be really helpful.
    Thanks.

And the second part of my question, is it a total nightmare to capture both 24f and 60i for the same project?
    Thanks!

That’s what I thought, but then, there’s an option to capture at 60i? What’s the difference?
    Thanks!
