A little follow up question. Do I have any way now of controlling the speed of this or would that require another pre-comp and TimeRemapping? Just for tests sake I tried what happened if I moved the keyframes futher away but it just gave some funky behaviour 🙂

You can hold down the CTRL key (on PC) while dragging the navigation bar. Just tried it myself for the first time.
Sounds very choppy when having a lot of soundlayers and video layers activated at the same time, but seems to works quite nicely with only few tracks active.Good Luck 🙂
