    Thanks for responding. In the uploaded video each time you see the cursor stop I completely removed my hand from the mouse.

    Thanks for the response.

    Targas can only be RGB 8 bit. What makes this issue even more perplexing is that I can import targas that were created in After Effects last month. All of the render output settings between then and now are identical. For now I am rendering my sequences to PSDs so I can continue working. But I am on a quest to discover what this problem is.
