    Yeah so as it turns out your suggestions were right, though I managed to get that done prior to any replies through more research while waiting.

    Premiere does not like variable frame rate that the camera records in so I used AVS video converter to convert them to WMV with static frame rate of 25 then loaded those into premiere and I am now able to edit them with no sync issues.

    Well, in FRAPS I’m not able to manually set a sampling rate, but my sound card is set to 48KHz.

    If I set my sound card to 44.1KHz that would effectively set FRAPS to 44.1KHz as well, yes?

    I’ll try that out and see how it affects my captures.
