Video Co-Pilot Glitch or Red Giant has a plugin as well if you want ease and many presets.

Probably can do it with AfterEffect effects but I am not sure myself as I own Glitch.

Damn… sorry I didn’t actually watch it maybe that is what he was asking in the first place. Doh. The plugins I mentioned definitely can make life easier with some of those procedures Ken stated.

I love piano and that was a nice clip sir.

I would try something like another suggested an Element 3D or C4D model of a piano or even key strokes animating. Then from there composting flames is a pretty simple task, you could even do a Trapcode particular and link them to your song tempo as the flames rise and lower to your beat. You don’t need video if you cannot get it right now… even some Typography that moves with cameras to lyrics such…

Most creative ideas spawn from other’s creativity just watch as many videos as you can with what you’re looking for. Then research it from there step by step if you already don’t know how to recreate what you want or need.

The possibilities are endless… After Effects can only push it so far as other tools take it out the park like Cinema 4D I mentioned. The Ae comes in and polishes and finishes it to stardom.

Good luck and keep playing good stuff.

Hell and welcome you are right everyone is most helpful here. I think your question is too broad for one answer or were you looking for many ideas. As you know there are many types and motion typography as well as design styles to opening credits. Now ending credits that would be different because mainly they are scrolling vertically.

Some of plugin’s I use that would be awesome for this type of project are :

Video Co-Pilot Element 3D or many of Video Co-Pilots stuff.
Red Giant Products (There are so many great one’s to name but few are Particular, Universe and Magic Bullet.)

You can do some amazing stuff without any plugins and just After Effects as well. If you really want to make it stand out then Cinema 4D can enhance the amazing job Ae already does.

Sorry it’s not a specific answer but hope it helps.

    Tony
