Sorry, to clarify, it’s a 2 hour piece – that I started at 930am and it stated 66 hours …. it’s now 11:45am and it’s gone down to read 21 hours (54%) – would I still need to worry? If this is the Norm, than I’ll have to deal with it as is. just need to work this into my project turnaround timing.

Apperently, when we upgraded to the latest version – we did a clean install vs and upgrade, and that makes you lose the option.
Also, going your way: 1. you’re saying DVDSP can take MOV files? and 2. DVSP will take how long to render all this?

Thanks Jeff, I’m slowly starting to realize this – know of any service providers in Toronto?
Ok, so, I have yet to receive an answer as to how I acheive this as an unfinished project in Final Cut pro. How or what do I provide to the service provider? a finished DVD a Final Cut Pro file, etc. What?
Normally, my project is done, I export to Mpeg2, create a DVD Studio Pro project and then burn a DVD of the finished corporate video etc. How or where in the mix do I get closed captioning? And how will it effect my control of finishing a product to DVD etc.

about 8minutes. But it will look the same regardless, most I do are way under the 1/2 hour.

June 1, 2005 at 4:44 pm in reply to: HELP – ASAP – jitter/pixeling with slow scale of videolinesHello, yes I’m aware of this and I’m viewing it via an external Sony Video Monitor.
And obviously, when I view it for proofing or pressing to video or DVD for distribution …. the entire project has been completely rendered.
Images I’m having a problem with are not the Jpg’s they are videos of a still photo, captured via a document camera.

May 26, 2005 at 11:40 am in reply to: HELP – ASAP – jitter/pixeling with slow scale of videolinesJust an update, no problems with any images that are Jpeg. Only problems with photos captured via document camera.
I removed the Motion-scale attributes, it is now sharper than ever. Of course, now the video doesn’t look as appealing without the slow motion scale zoom ins.
What can I do to reacheive this, or what am I doing wrong?

Ok, ok. I set myself up for that one. Now before I get more like that …. I don’t watch it either, but I did have to tape it to see what the client meant he wanted to capture.
Any ideas out there?
