I have been working around this glitchiness for some time, and currently exporting what should have been a simple project in pieces– its like FCP remembers that you used a transition, and even once you’ve given up on that, the glitch is in. And the only workaround I have found is exporting segment by segment, then re-assembling those segments on a timeline (or even in other software! mpeg streamclip will re-assemble multiple segments if you open all the files together in the correct order). Anyway, there is probably a more elegant fix but I am going with what has worked in the past. glta
