    I updated Pro and that did not help. However, I rendered the timeline and the transitions are now behaving as they should. But do you have any ideas on why this is causing this? I don’t have to render on my other computer for the transitions to not misbehave…do you suppose my hardware acceleration is off or something else within my computer? (it’s a brand new HP Intel Core i7-2600 CPU with 8GB ram and 64-bit Windows 7 operating system)

    There has been no changes in hdd but have added another optical drive which I’ve used both of them to read disc 1. The only changes are that I use a number of external hdd to store my video projects which are not always connected to this computer. I’m thinking I might have to uninstall the entire suite of CS2 to install PPro but that may may not work either.

    Thank you! That first option was my issue and the disc burned just fine! YAY!!!!
