I can’t thank you enough for responding to my problem of using Premiere 6.5 logs to upload into CS6! I’ve tried posting in many places and you are the only one to respond. However, I’m still having trouble and can’t make the darn process work. When importing I get an error message: “The importer reported a generic error.” Now where to go?

To simplify matters, I extraced the log info for only one tape, saved it as a comma delimited file (csv) and then went to “Project: Import Batch List” and chose this csv file. The results above.

So as not to be a pest, where should I go to get a lead on what to do?
I feel as if I’m right at the door but can’t get in.
