Okey I solved this problem checking out every single fx and transition applied to the layers. It was a “linear wipe” transition the responsible for this issue. Thanks to both who replied, by the way I was working with all uncompressed avis, and rendering to also uncompressed avi. Project properties were settled correctly. Too many effects and transitions may be the cause for one transition to fail while rendering sometimes, because I’ve tried rendering with the one which caused the problem and it works fine.
