I am having exactly the same problem with my Panasonic external player.
Blu Rays authored with Sony DVD Architect burnt with DVD Architect onto BD-R discs and hey presto…………nothing. “The disc is incompatible” It plays fine in the LG burner with Cyberlink Blu Ray suite. All the menus are fine. Why are we still having these compatibility issues after all this time? Very frustrating.
