Hi Cliff,
I too am having the same issues still. I spoke with Zaxwerks and they are looking into the issue. However, that was some time ago. It is very frustrating to say the least. I too have been trying to figure out how to make it work or to see what may be causing it, but haven’t been able to come up with a solution.
