    Thanks for the info. Matthew. A salesman told me that something had changed or been added to Final Cut Pro/Studio to make slow motion better than before — maybe it was a plug in.

    Thanks Michael. I don’t have the camera yet (thus no manual) and am evaluating it for possible purchase for my new studio in Florida. I’ll be hooking up three cameras to a switcher and Orad HD virtual studio system. I have three Reds reserved but have to pick another camera instead because the Red doesn’t offer an output for external recording, and likely won’t in the foreseeable future.
