I believe they mean that you can put DV, Beta SP, DVCam, AVI, MOV…and other’s on the same timeline and be able to play them all back.

Yeah, me too! Looks like I’m going to have to replace a Cinewave card if I want to use FCP5. It’s between the Kona LS, The Io, or the Decklink SP. Hmmmmm.

I believe you use two of the BNC’s to adapt to an S-Video connector.
That’s just a guess.
