Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later

QuickTime 7 or later

So Quicktime 7 will run on Panther and FCP 5 will run on Panther. Interesting.

Just saw it. People can no longer complain about no multicam and not having multichannel audio support. I must say though I was expecting more new features. Very few surprises.

It may be a little early to really know all the facts. Just because we all have been expecting Multicam and HDV, that doesn’t mean there aren’t at last 198 new features

I guess we’ll find out tomorrow at NAB. The Apple booth should be busy! Let’s hope there isn’t another Avid/Apple audio war of attention this year, trying to drown each others presentations.

I’m waiting until at least Tuesday. Last year the Powerbooks showed up on Tuesday during NAB. I’m hoping maybe we’ll see something new show up on Tuesday.
