Wow really ?
So if thats normal is there anything I can do to speed up rendering times ?
Also then I have to ask how is windows movie maker able to render the same video in at 1-1.5minutes per minute of video ?

I could understand, that type of render time with full color correction, lots of effects, several tracks etc. But for a run of the mill video just combining 20-30 clips that seems just nuts.
