When starting my session to capture, I used Easy Setup – HDV, 1080i60 Firewire Basic, 29.97fps. The footage was shot on a Canon XH-A1 in HD. The Sequence Settings are: 1440X1080 16X9, HD, Field Dominance Upper Odd, Compressor HDV 1080i60. I am using Limit Effect to specific colors in the frame. I am monitoring on an Apple Cinema HD set to 1600X1200 Stretched, Colors Millions, Color set to Cinema HD Display. The flickering is a nervous vibrating change from bright to dark, much like lightning. It is only occurring in the Limit Effect color areas. Timeline is set to Safe RT. Ideas?
