And, then export the movie to Premiere.

Is necessary to make the movie in After Effects to export it (save as .mov or .avi)? Or is there any way to export it directly to Premiere?

could you please explain me what is that of shoot in HD an then post in SD?
I am using After Effects… I think that there I can simulate that movements…
