that’s a good suggestion! thank you!
i have also imagined making two separated clips, one with motion blur and another without, and then mix them in a video editing app – but your suggestion is much better because it only will be requided one clip.

i was kinda hopping that cinema would have some kind of option to control that effect during the animation. i think it doesn’t make much sense to apply one effect like this and have to stuck with it the entire time in all the moving elements, and then having to depend on third party post process video editing to make the job done.
