    Hi Vince,

Have spent the whole weekend trying to find a solution to this, had 1080p .MOVs from a Nanoflash in xd5e codec – couldn’t get them into Premiere Pro, and have just seen your post, and it seems to work perfectly. Many many thanks Vince!

  • Hi Von,

Just read your DIT article, fantastic reading, thanks so much. I wanted to ask you a question if I might.

I have footage shot on a Sony EX3, captured using a Nanoflash at 50mbps, and now in .MOVs using the xd5e codec.

How would you get this footage into Adobe Premiere, as it won’t import these files, despite the XDCAM 422 HD import setting in Premiere Pro CS5.5.

    Many thanks,

    Thomas

    Hi Guys and girls.

I have footage shot on a Sony EX3, using a Nanoflash, captured at 50mbps; They are .MOVs with the xd5e codec.

I thought I could import this using the XDCAM HD 422 import setting in Adobe Premiere. This however doesn’t seem to to be working.

Any ideas of how I can import this footage.

    Many thanks.
