Hi I am also getting this same error but I get the error in cleaner 6.0.2. I’m on Tiger osx 10.4.3 and trying to convert a DV25 file to the H264 codec. Anyone have any ideas.

thanks for the reply. any suggestions as to what wattage light I would need? I’m thinking I would need a lot of light because the flame is pretty bright.
