Try resetting your workspace. Also make sure that the main Premiere window isn’t overlapping to another monitor.

I kinda doubt that especially if you’re working with 4K sequences and you don’t have a 2GB/s RAID.

I would probably murder by pet hissing cockroaches if somebody came up with a plugin that would automatically and perfectly rotoscope any object I clicked on without having to outsource that to India.

Your camera probably shoots highly compressed 8-bit footage in 4:2:0 chroma subsampling. I would say both of those formats are kinda overkill but I would probably use the prores4444 especially if you’re actually working in 4K. Those uncompressed 4K DPX’s will be pretty heavy and need really fast drives to playback.

If you have a bunch of different titles you need to use between projects you could create a template project that you could save the titles in. Then you could use the media browser and go grab what you need from that project.

There is no template to automate rotoscoping.

That doesn’t mean anything because it’s just a screen. What matters is the software/hardware that is playing back the video and what kind of file it is expecting.

What are your delivery specifications? Some signage playback systems want vertical video and some want horizontal.
