Hey David,

Have you deleted out the Motion Graphics Templates Media Cache folder? I’ve forgotten to do this before, and it cleared up a lot of lag for me.

Have you tried to rolled back to a previous version of Premiere Pro to see if the version you’re running is the culprit?
