Yeah it is running windows xp professional. I thought I downloaded the drivers before for my laptop but nothing happened when I put the p2 card in. I uninstalled them and am going to try to download them again from panasonic.

The camera is fine for our purposes, and we like to shoot a lot DVC Pro 50 now, especially when shooting green screen interviews. Firestore simplified that process with DV50. WHEN the FS100s work, they work great. But they don’t work, and they crap out all of the time. So it seems like we may have to just bite the bullet and get some p2 cards. Everyone here is saying they have no issues with them. Thank you for the suggestion. -Ted

Hey, thanks for the responses. I guess now that I found a DVD of the movie, it was actually the blue screen that had the purple light on it, but I’m still confused as to why they would light it like that. I have captured the stills of what I am talking about, and would email them as attachments for anyone who wishes to see them and contemplate.
