    I didn’t know you could play a video loop from a DVD. If that is the case, then that might be a better solution as I would like to find the cheapest hardware necessary to do this and the Silverscreen drive is a bit pricey. I want a solution which allow continuous looping video for 8+ hours stretch.

    Any way to burn a looping .mov file onto DVD for playing without the use of a computer? Any other way to create an mpeg loop without going through DVD studio Pro? I only have Final Cut Pro (4.1) iMovie and Toast 6. Can this be done in iDVD or any other way?

    Any suggestions on software players I should consider? I don’t yet have the LaCie Silverscreen drive so I don’t know how that particular drive handles files.
