I have the exact same problem. Are you using a craked version of Adobe Media Encoder? I have to deliver some flash videos to clients and am now unable to do so….! Heard of any other options for prores to flash or h264 to flash. This is really annoying. If you find out who the culprit is, please post the info – thanks
