I’d love to be able to assign different tracks to different colors. It’s a great organizational tool, and can save a LOT of time.

Yes you should get the mojo. If price is no consideration, get media composer. The interface is 99% the same.

Look for a DVD-R/DVD+R combo drive.
I’d also go internal, since it’s a bit less expensive.

Create a sequence that is a build of one of these, then u can lay the sequence into the timeline each time, and replace the media before or after.

I’ve had nothing but heartache with this.
Make sure to export out of Avid as an AVI. This will reduce the problems.
