I guess u might need to morph the image.
Using the ‘reshape’ and ‘grid warp’ distortion effects in AE might help but it a bit challenging.Maybe this tutorial will helps.

Press B, to mark your timeline. So it always become the first frame.
Then continue hit 0.You can also press and hold Command (for Mac) or ALT (for PC) to scrub the audio.

I’m not sure if this can work. What if u render yr image with alpha.
i. Bring it in C4D or 3D max.
ii. Create a black floor with yr images texture map on flat plane board and position it on top of the floor.
iii. Put higher reflection for the floor so that it can pickup the images from the plane board.
iv. Render only the floor (with reflection), bring it in AE and apply screen mode.
v. So now u have real reflection then.. 🙂 and u can distort it slightly to align the reflection.Sound crazy, but it worth to try..

There are thing that are easy to do it in production rather then post production. If u have change to do it while shooting then its better to do it while shooting. Organic stuff like water are time consuming to recreate using CG.

Parenting the camera to the Null is a good practise. But once u parent it, just use the null to move the camera. If u want to orbit, I normally just rotate the Null, then set the keyframe. Do not orbit the camera itself.
To go back to your ori position, set the keyframe for position and rotation on 1st frame. So just copy this keyframe anywhere u want it to be.
Split your view to two window, which one of it try to view from top angle.
Then u have more understanding of how the camera react.Regards,
