Is there a tool that will create new frames?
I have a keyed video of a presenter who periodically pauses, in an almost fully still position. I’d like to shorten these downtimes, but I’d like to avoid using unsightly fades etc. On a couple of these instances, I’ve shortened the time of the still period, and the frames match it: the quickened swaying looks natural, however, other times, it’s a clear jerky movement, because the beginning position of the body is like half an inch from the end position. Is there a tool that will create say 4 or 5 frames in between these two mismatched but similar frames to make a smooth looking continuation of the video? I hope that’s understandable! Cheers.

I guess u might need to morph the image.
Using the ‘reshape’ and ‘grid warp’ distortion effects in AE might help but it a bit challenging.Maybe this tutorial will helps.
