Its hard to tell, but my guess is that they animated the arrows along paths in a 3d app. The globe appears to have been done in a 3d app as well. Also if you notice it seems as though the arrows in a few instances seem to go off the edge as though they were rendered at a narrower resolution than the main 4:3 workspace. This also makes me think that it was done in 3d and rendered. I don’t know flash though so I suppose it could still be flash.

    Hope this helps.

you may also try viewing your motion path in a different camera view using the camera tab in your comp view window.

That’s a pretty standard after fx error, and doesn’t really mean alot. I would try restarting first afx then your computer if that doesn’t work. And if all else fails, there may be something wrong with the actual avi. Check the codec and be sure that you have it installed for afx. Good Luck.

Panopticum has an alternative called Anima Text. I used the demo and it seemed fairly easy to use however, I think their customer service is lacking. Check it out. https://panopticum.com/ae/animatext3d/animatext3d.shtml

you may consider using vector paint, or perhaps just the AFX paint plugin. You can draw directly on the alpha channel of the layer and it adds keyframes to the stroke. Both of these options work better with a wacom. Hope this helps.
