You are likely NOT choosing 16:9, or 1.2 Pixel Aspect Ratio. But since we can’t see your settings, you are going to have to provide one heck of a lot more information in order for us to help you.

Good question. It seems that some companies don’t like to list the bug fixes in each release. Adobe is one of those companies. Why? I have no idea.

The older versions didn’t require some of the same compatibility that Premiere Pro does, specifically the SSE2 stuff. So Premiere Pro checks the revision of Windows where the older ones didn’t.

As you can tell by the huge response, I doubt that there is a way to do this without extensive use of garbage mattes. Premiere Pro has a color pass, but it is one color at a time.

What kind of camera? And did you capture with Premiere Pro or did you capture from the camera to the PC with some other software?
If you really have widescreen footage, your export should be the same as your project. But why are you exporting it. What is the next step after that? What are going to do with the footage?
