  • Thanks for getting back to me Ryan.
    I am shooting mainly weddings in 4k on a Panasonic G7.
    Move it from my sd card to a sandisk extreme 500 SSD connected by USB.
    Graphics card is AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB.
    I have the latest adobe software and have purged cache.
    I am attempting to transcode from External SSD using adobe media encoder 2015.3 and it gets through a few clips before message saying need more RAM to continue (i have the max of 64!!)

    Hope that is helpful in trying to help me figure out whats going on!

  • HI guys, still hoping for help/advice, its the 6 core mac pro (2013) upgraded to 64gb ram.

    apologies on second checking i am running after effects 2015 and the ‘place a window below the timeline’ fix seems to have helped a lot, bizarre! thanks for help all.

    Sorry for delayed response. Found a way around by rendering the comp and them using the .mov file within the tv instead of using the comp-a slightly longer way of doing it but hey it works and the client is happy! strange glitch though?! Thanks for your replies both,
